Enjoy Free Hatha Yoga Flow from Devi Yoga

Want to give yoga a chance but don’t want to go to a studio or gym? TenMoreSteps would like you to enjoy a free Hatha Yoga Flow in the privacy of your own home (or wherever you comfortably can).

Yoga is a great way to keep the body and mind heathy. We have touted its benefits in numerous posts on this site like ‘Reasons You Should Try Yoga‘ and ‘Ten Things You Didn’t Know About Yoga‘ and we’ve posted a few free heath yoga flows in the past. For us, at TMS, learning, practicing, and teaching yoga is a fulfilling journey, akin to our world travels. With each new steps forward we gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationship with others.

Yoga helps to cultivate focus, develop physical and mental balance, create healthy bodies and healthy minds, and it’s simple enough that you can do it almost anywhere. All it requires is willingness and body awareness (some loose fitting cloths help too).

To help spread the joy we gain from yoga we’ve uploaded two new videos to our YouTube Channel. We hope you like them, and if you do be sure to give us a ‘thumbs up’ or even a ‘subscribe’. Each video is a full flow including centring and relaxation and taught by Angelina Thorne, both a dedicated yogi and dance teacher (as well as a co-founder of TenMoreSteps).
